On Tuesday, sources reported that Vergara's on-again boyfriend, Nick Loeb, had popped the question during her 40th birthday celebration in Mexico. Afterward, she was photographed wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring (see above). The logical conclusion is that she's engaged, right?
