Kidman?s 3,800 square-foot abode was actually a $45,000-a- month rental property, but one eager buyer decided to make a bid at owning the joint.
Nicole bought the property back in 2003, and she also has an apartment in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan with her hubby Keith Urban.
